 Steel Fabrication
Orange County Erectors, Inc. currently operates three fabrication facilities totaling approximately 100,000 square feet in Anaheim, California.
Our fabrication facilities utilize state of the art equipment to handle every aspect of steel fabrication. This includes hydraulic breaks, ½” shears, swing arm saws, hydraulic benders, punch and cambering machines, Ironworker machines and welding equipment. All shops are served by overhead cranes.
In addition to the above facility, we have a dedicated miscellaneous rail shop that is fully equipped to handle the fabrication of stairs and guard rail.
All of our shop welders are AWS certified.
Our quality control procedures assure that all products are fabricated and installed in accordance with contract documents and meet AISC Manual of Steel Construction (9th edition) and the AISC Load & Resistance Factor Design (volume 1, second edition) requirements.
We are an approved fabricator by the Building Departments of the City and County of Los Angeles, California and Clark County, Nevada.
