Steel Erection

All of our field employees are members of the Ironworkers International Union. This ensures an experienced and trained workforce. The Ironworkers Union has a 3 year apprenticeship program that includes 648 hours of in-class training.

Journeymen Ironworkers also receive continuing education on safe and efficient field erection procedures.

In addition to the training provided by the local Union, all of our field Foremen and General Foremen have received 10-hour CAL/OSHA safety training and many have received 30-hour CAL/OSHA safety training.

All of our Field Foremen are trained and certified in CPR and first-aid.

Our Field Foremen conduct weekly safety meetings (tailgate meetings) at each job to ensure a safe work environment and to discuss particular job specific safety hazards.
