 Waterjet
With waterjet any material can be cut from Titanium Steel to wood or Rubber. You can get a precision cut or if you’re just looking to "hogging out" or "roughing" waterjet will save you time and money by reducing waste by maximizing material use.
Waterjet cutting process is aided by computer using CAD operating system to design and cut geometrical shapes.
MACHINE
We are utilizing a working envelope of 6’ X 12’ (72" X 144") flying bridge machine. Production comes from any standard CAD file, DXF, IGES or scanned images. Can cut up to 6" thick material.
PARTS
Simple to intricate parts cut with precision. No heat-affected areas, minimal burrs and the stress factor are virtually eliminated. Smooth edges need no secondary processing.
