About the Project:
The groundbreaking ceremony for Nong Shim’s new manufacturing and distribution facility took place in Rancho Cucamonga, California, on April 6, 2004.
“This ceremony is a historic event,” declared Mr. Edward Shin, President of Nong Shim America, Inc.. “It represents the beginning of construction of our very first manufacturing facility in the United States.”
The project consists of three primary components; manufacturing facility, distribution center and office.
Orange County Erectors will fabricate and erect over 1,100 tons of structural and miscellaneous steel in a seven month period.
The nearly 270,000 square feet facility is scheduled to be completed in February 2005.
When finished, it will create a minimum of 300 new jobs in the area.
